About Us

Visiting Physicians

Visiting Physicians is an established physician practice focused on providing quality patient care for  elderly and disabled patients in the Chicago Area. We employ a group of licensed physicians and physician assistants who provide  medical care in patients’ homes through out Chicagoland. We have been serving residents in Chicago for 12 years and counting.

We will work closely with you so that we can provide you with optimal care. You can contact us by phone Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Please note that we are not an emergency service. If you need immediate care, please dial 911 or seek out emergency services.

Insurance

Our doctor’s visits are covered by Medicare Part B. If you cannot afford the 20% co-pay for doctor’s visits, we may request that you supply us with accurate information about your income to be considered for a financial hardship waiver.

Referrals

If you would like to be seen by a doctor or refer a friend, please call our office or send us an email. We can schedule a home visit within 1 to 2 business days of your request.
